Autobell Car Wash

Steven and the crew on Saturday August 8th made my car sparkle after months of not being able to take it thru the wash with a cracked windshield. I am so grateful. They made my day.

This car wash was excellent! Josh took great care of my car and was very polite and attentive. At 42, I appreciate good service, and Josh definitely delivered. You could almost pinch his cheeks! I’ll be back for sure.

Went in for the full service and they waived me down since they finished the car. As I started driving off I noticed nothing was barely wiped down and I had crumbs and dust still present everywhere. The center console stayed dirty, there was still dust and dirt everywhere, and the mats weren't really wiped down either. I paid 39 dollars expecting at least that to be done. I was in an out of there in about 10 minutes total. It's the second time this happens

They said they had cleaned the car. I'm attaching pics. Does it look clean? I paid $21.99 and there was still dust all over the car, and in general it looked that they did not even wipe the dashboard with a cloth. When I asked the young man about it he said someone else had cleaned it and he didn't know much. Then he said that maybe I need it to be detailed. And they didn't do that. I understand the difference between a basic clean and detailing a car. Just wanted at least the dashboard to be wiped. I feel I was taken advantage and no one ever even wipe anything. Had to come home and do it myself. The most expensive car wash I ever paid for
